Located at first floor Changi City Point. This is store everyone must patronize. Alot of nice shoes model and size we can try and buy. Always on sale. Reasonable price. Helpfull staffs. I love bata!

Don't buy from here, rude saleslady, don't even bother to serve you, expecting customer to know everything about shoes. Wrong job lady.

Bought a pair of black 2.5 inch ladies' shoes last Sun 23 July. Wore them yesterday. Today, the front of the right shoe got separated from the sole. How can this happen? The new shoes were not even on offer!

Staff was helpful and helpful, they helped me puck the pair of shors that best fits me and went out of their way to check stock for me, excellent customer service and they accept a wide variety if payment methods and vouchers ad well

Went to Bata Expo Branch today and I really wanna buy some shoes for my niece and nephew. Apparently the lady staff seems unhappy with me checking the shoe and sizes, and was told that all same size but I saw some other sizes though. Take note.. its not even busy, no customer at all(just me). I eventually felt uncomfortable and never buy any eventhough i really want to..
