Visited on 14 Feb 2025. Wanted to change $100 to RM but i didnt see that $200 will give me a better rate. I thought as part of good service the lady would have let me know.. imagine my surprise.. anyway i hope to change money in Tampines next time instead

China lady at the counter lacks basic communication skills. Can’t communicate in English, can’t communicate clearly in Chinese either. I was “?????????” throughout the entire moneychanging experience. Someone with this level of communication skills should not be allowed to work in a customer facing position.

I was there on 1st June 2023 There's 2 staff and one was eating. Both were not interested in serving us They were rude and sort of shooed us away

Second time using their service, first time was alright. Today when I was there the lady was on the phone not ready to attend to me so I used my phone while I waited for a bit, looked up and she was staring at me. Rude from the start, I had to do a double take because I thought somebody was forcing her to work at gunpoint lol. Asked for a ziplock for the cash which was provided the first time I exchanged currency with them, she just toss on the counter. Wont recommend, only used their service out of convenience. Next time ill steer clear :)
