Truffle roast beef don and Three kinds of buta bowl were both very tasty. Loved the mushroom medley and finely sliced scallions.

Lucy was a very great server. Food was fast and delicious! I come here every single time I’m in Singapore. Thank you Lucy!

Update: Had ramen today and it was good! Service was just average and can be improved. Overall it’s still a very good and delicious place. We did food delivery and it was super delicious. The price is on the higher end of the scale but it was worth it

Came to CCP's Aburi En on a Sunday afternoon; it was not crowded and the service was good! Appreciate the manager on shift here! The food was tasty too!

Hi just now i went to Aburi-en at changi city point ordered dinner at around 6.30pm, i ordered 1 x red tonkotsu ramen, 1 x classic highball through Paynow, so, From my bank account which i made the payment said it went through successful. And the app to order said it received payment However, suddenly the app said got issue with order to kitchen which i asked the waiter, the waiter said need to make payment again ( my previous went through already) but now i need to do another payment, in the end i pay 2x (one by paynow which they said it's failed order but my payment went through, one by PayWave) The money that i paid through paynow she said will be refunded back but i dont see any money refund back to my account, can you assist? Another feedback to, i was served my classic highball with big cracked glass ( i was wondering why my highball keep spilling even tho its not full) staff should be check glass before serving. An Update - finally refunded

This outlet's Japanese fast food hits the spot. The ambience is surprisingly good for a quick bite, and the prices definitely feel worth it. While everything was palatable, one dish arrived a little cold, which was a slight letdown. Overall, a decent and affordable option.

Was served raw chicken!! This is a No No! No proper service recovery at all! Just a quick sorry and changed a new pot! Staff was more busy chit chatting among themselves or on their phones. I had to ask them for tea refills and the restaurant was not even busy. There was only 4 tables occupied and I ate there around 3pm. Really disappointing. On top of that, once you placed an order you have to pay immediately via the QR code, which means, if you want to order anything extra after that, you have to pay the GST & Service Charges again… ( I checked with the waiter and he said payment must be completed before the order can be sent in ). Will not be visiting this outlet again. Aburi En: Your staff in this branch is very lacking in service standards.

We went in this restaurant because it looked like a good place to have lunch. We ordered the big Unami set and a small pork bowl. Both of them were tasty, although we thought they had a lot of rice and having a bit of greens or other small sides. We paid for the refillable hot tea and it was difficult getting a refill from the server although the restaurant only had a few customers. A bit more attention to details and some more creativity on their dishes would be awesome.

Food is good compare to other outlet. Portion is reasonable. Food serve very fast even on a weekday evening when the restaurant is full house. Staff is friendly and service is good. Got a free fried chicken nanban when you spend $65 and above and use citibank. Portion was huge for the free chicken. Had a 1 for 1 fizzy drink for $6, big cup for the price worth it
