Are you a proactive deal-closer with a passion for real estate and retail spaces? We’re on the lookout for a motivated Leasing Executive who can take charge of our retail portfolio, secure new tenants, and drive occupancy rates with strategic finesse.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🛍️ Strategic Leasing & Business Development

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve an ideal trade mix
• Identify market segments and generate qualified leads
• Manage the full leasing cycle — from lead generation and viewings to negotiations and deal closure

📈 Portfolio & Performance Management

• Maximize occupancy and rental yields across your assigned portfolio
• Monitor lease performance and prepare annual budgets, monthly reports, and projections
• Analyze retail market trends to stay ahead of the competition

🤝 Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with new and existing tenants to encourage renewals and referrals
• Liaise with property agents and cultivate a strong industry network, especially within F&B and retail
• Partner with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth lease documentation and support tenant campaigns/events

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management or a related field
• 2 years’ experience in leasing, ideally in retail or commercial spaces
• Existing contacts within the F&B and retail industry is a strong advantage
