Make your own choice of ingredients. Everything is by weight. Then choose your soup base. It's simple. Recommend: mala (non soup), and also tomato soup base and chicken soup base for non spicy options

We enjoy coming here for mala as they have a good variety and great mala chilli. Recommended!

The kitchen staff do not wear facial mask while preparing the foods and keep chatting with other staff. Risk of additional add on their saliva into the soup. Yuck... The fish maw soup and herbal beef bone soup are not available.

The dishes were varied and plentiful, with some rare items like celtuce (贡菜) that you don’t often see. The flavors were excellent too!

The store does not have much customers; this should have been a tell of the quality. All the food are mushy and no flavor. Mala is just spicy with no fragrance. Their tomato soup base is just salty. ~$30 x 2 bowls are insanely expensive for mala. Please note; they price by weigh. Doesn't matter if you order vegetables or meat. Highly not recommended. Waste of money.

The cashier takes orders, collect cash, wash pots and cooked our food. Have to wait very long for our food to be cooked.

too bad the broth is only beef flavourS suggest they add in chicken flavour for those who don’t take beef. but tomato is also quite nice. place is clean and the alfresco dining area is quite comfy too
