So I went to Changi City Outlet, and this lady had quite an attitude. She didn’t even smile or say thank you to her customers. I wonder how she got a job there. She wasn’t friendly at all!!! No talking, nothing. Just plain rude. How can you be in this industry and not interact with people? If you guys planning to go here, then forget it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.. I’d rather go to CENTURY SQUARE. The service there is much better. Go home and wash your face

Totally agreed with S Z comments about the staffs' s attitude. Seriously, I don't know why and how most of Venus outlets are filled with unfriendly and full of attitude staffs. Especially goes to the changi city point outlet, that particular oversized red tee shirt staff, don't know that she is oversized and still occupied the cashier counter with her hands looking at the phone. So I waited for another staff member to scan my purchase. Understood clearly it's an outlet style operation but don't put this kind of unprofessional and unsightly people there. Beauty comes from within.

There's a cashier at CCP branch, who has a foul attitude. There was no name tag to identify her, but she was the cashier working on 6 May afternoon 12.55pm. I have encountered her terrible service several times. Eg. She purposely didn't present the payment terminal to the customer (me), and made me stretch over the counter to paywave. She also didnt pass me the shopping bag with my items. When I requested for a larger bag after she stuffed all my items into a small bag, she grumbled and tossed all my items into a bigger bag. She added I cannot exchange or return my items if they break. Overall, she is very rude and should not be in a client facing role. Please change her role to a back facing one. Thank you
