Bought few pcs of bras from this outlet, is cheaper than usual. My sister and I wore this brand of bra for many years, so I had recommended my sister to buy her bra at this outlet too. But she complained to me that a Malay staff (can't remember her name) is not friendly, she was like not willing to serve my sister. At the end she had buy nothing from there because of the staff attitude. I never meet this Malay staff last time but I was served by 1 Chinese staff. I am not racist, just because I did not know their name.

Although Changi City Point is well reputed in selling past season apparel & shoes at a discounted price, most of the retailers provided more than decent service. However, I was somewhat taken aback by the condescending attitude of a PRC national staff who was on duty when I visited this outlet yesterday. No smiles, just a poker faced attitude wanting us to buy. Disappointing. Merchandise might be so called past season or older designs. However, they aren't cheaply priced unless there is a "bulk" purchase made eg. 2 pieces and above. More like getting customers to buy more to get discounts. Otherwise it'll be full priced. Not worth it unless you really like the designs. There are other better brands of superior fit out there in other malls. Not recommended.
