The location of this place is convenient at Changi City Point, close to Expo mrt. Ambience is cozy and it was quiet in the morning. The decor is same as other Toast Box outlets. I've visited this place several times and intend to come in the future. Kaya butter toast was good. Special mention to the young chap brewing coffee in the traditional method, well practised and dexterous. The coffee turned out good and it is heartening to see this skill picked up by young folks.

No service at all and ignore your coffee order. They make it the way they like it base on their preference. Recommend toast box to review their employees to maintain its reputation.

One of the worse toast box outlets. Their mee goreng is totally not cooked well as you can see. It's still in a square shape and bloated because it's overcooked.Their hot coffees are all served in takeaway cups because according to the cashier they don't have ceramic cups. Staff are unfriendly. And they stop serving customers at 8pm instead of the advertised 8.30pm.

The service is good, the manager is very professional and helpful, he trained his staff and team very well at handling their respective roles. Food is good, treatment of customers is even better. They are very polite. Coffee is brewed well too.

Came in the night for dinner, glad to know they close at 9pm. Nice, cosy location to chill over a cup of hot coffee. The staff are friendly, polite and efficient. The place is also rather clean and tidy. Coffee was brewed well and hot, which is to my liking. Will be back when am out and about the business park. Love the designs of their takeaway cups too.
