Shopping for waterproof boots for myself and my wife today at 21st Oct. Approachable and friendly staffs. Very polite and patient to us even though near their closing timing. The manager Joseph even advise us what are the shoe care products to take care for our boots. Effort is there, well details from them. Good deal too

Nice store and lots of stuff. Had a not so good experience last sunday 19th may around 1pm SGT. We selected 2 pairs of shoes and proceeded to pay. While we were exploring payment options the lady at the cash counter was actually making faces! And due to the pessure we couldn’t encash a voucher. Understand labor shortage is a reality, however customers do need some time and need to evaluate options befoee committing to pay . And this is not expected from a premium brand like Timberland. Hope the management takes note and takes necessary corrective measures. Happy to share more details.

The male staff in specs was really attentive and helpful! Shared the diff shoes's features, tips on storing the shoes and store promotion. Very happy with my purchase and the great service!

This place is full of good stuff. Though off-season, the quality of apparel and footwear remains top-notch. It's a bit pricey but keeps its shape and lasts longer for sustainability. Recommended.
