A quaint little restaurant serving modern Peranakan food. Great food presentation in tiffins. The samplers are a convenient way of allowing patrons to try a variety of dishes in small portions. My favorite is the Mee Siam whereby the soup is tasty and flavorful. As for the dessert, the glutinous rice served with coconut milk is fragrant and the texture of the rice is just right. Chendol though on the other dessert bowl, the pandan flavor needs to be stronger.

Disappointed with the curry chicken with rice I had today. It was usually very delicious but I had lots of chicken bones with one piece of potato. Besides the chicken meat does not taste fresh and curry was bland.

Very delicious and the nasi lemak was authentic. The amount of sambal was generous.
Food was pipping hot!! Take a trip down to try the food at The White Tiffin

Very good paranakan food. I love how they decorate the place and serve the food on tiffins. Chicken curry and laksa are the best. The prawn noodles and others are fine. The portion is acceptable for this pricing range. We arrived at 11 am so we did not have to queue up for a table. I love the cashier girl. Very helpful and cheerful

Came to this outlet for the first time today with my old classmates. We had a nice lunch here today. Most of the dishes were very good except Babi Pongteh which has very fat pork meat. The deep fried seabass was outstanding. The kueh kueh were also very good. Will return for meals next time.

Luckily not so crowded during lunch at 1+ pm on Saturday. Ordered a few kueys, platter of few varieties (prefer Amk branch), ice cream chendol, muah chee w peanut, ice barley.

Good food 😋
Portion size is nice, the fish and chicken portion sizes are generous. The prawns served are large.
I would recommend the following:
- any of the nasi lemak
- laksa
- Mee siam
The nasi lemak blue pea rice is v fragrant, and the sambal isn’t too spicy, it’s nice and sweet.

The set that was most value for money was curry chicken with rice $10.80, the curry lemak with several pieces of tender chicken on bones. Snack platter $20.80 2 whole wings, 4 begedils & 4 pieces of very nice prawn rolls. Tiffin's sampler $20.80 would be better if there was a little more generosity with meat pieces.
Kueh dar dar $1.65 was delicious, would order again. Coffee si thick too 👍. Chendol coconut ice cream $4.90, good for those with sweet tooth.
Overall, flavourful food, could be more generous with portion of rice, there wasn't enough rice to soak up the sambal and gravies... 😹

We tried the Tiffin Sampler, and it was a great way to taste a variety of their dishes, with perfectly-sized portions. The presentation was adorable especially the pyramid-shaped rice. We also ordered the Trio Snack Sampler. The ngoh hiang really stood out, it was clearly handmade with minimal flour, letting the flavors shine through. The sambal that came with it gave just the right amount of heat, balancing everything beautifully.

Tahu goreng ($7.80) which came as 1 piece of fried tahu, with some shredded cucumber and bean sprouts. Informed the staff that this is grossly overpriced and they said yes $7.80 is for 1 piece of tahu, rejecting a refund. I’ll leave the photos for you to decide if this is a dish you wanna order, since they do not provide photo of this in the menu. Note that I had asked for sauce to be separated, and had put a fork as a gauge of how big the tahu is.
