Staff too busy behind the counter to attend to customers' need when the store is empty. One doesn't need to be in the airport to get basic customer service You can pick and pay if you know the stuff. When you don't, you ask. The staff at the store just serve when possible.

The staff are really impatient to even state of the are offers. I have been to the shop in paya lebar signpost centre, there the staff really engage you and provide all the available options. Do not go here...

Good place to shop skincare, bodycare, face care, hair and scent. Small shop, but good enough. This is not spa or airlines. Don't expect business class service and complain here if you don't get it. Straight forward service. Pick, pay and go. Overall good and recommended!
