This store is 10 minutes walk from my place but it took 1 hour to deliver a simple cheesecake where no preparation was required . What bothered me is that first the store accepted an order for 4 desserts and then after 30 minutes it cancelled my order saying 2 items are not available. I accepted delivery of remaining 2 items at the same delivery price and then after waiting for another 30 minutes , I received the wrong order! Just wanted a tiramisu and had to settle for a very average Oreo cheesecake. Totally disappointed and annoyed at the lack of attention by staff.

The location is on the 1st floor, the outlet isn't too wide. All seating is indoor. The tables are not too many and the capacity is small, a maximum capacity of 4 people. My order: * Ice Hojicha Latte It's milky & can still taste the Hojicha though it's iced. Drinks are ready quite fast even though it's busy. The staff in the cashier is friendly and the other baristas are just moderately friendly.

The good thing about Starbucks is that you can expect the same quality food and beverages no matter where you are. Despite a relatively smaller store, they have a wide range of food and also some seating options.

Yet another Starbucks outlet. Whilst many stores around it has fallen and risen, it erects firmly at the center of CCP main atrium with a nice open-concept cafe - which if not for covid, there is no barrier to entry per se. Most of the time the cafe is my go to at this area and this would have been a 5 star experience if not for the personnel this visit. Rude and unhappy to service from her inability to hear my order and to speak loud enough. Anyway there are new cafes sprouting up at CCP such as huggs - which is full house at my time of visit.. so u know.. service can be better
