A singular disappointment. I first messaged them to ask if they had Indian sweets and they replied “no stock”. As I was heading down the following day, I gave it a try and actually found something close to what I was looking for. When I asked about the price which was not obviously displayed, the response was sluggish. The counter personal was not exactly happy when I wanted to pay by PAYNOW. Perhaps because they could not overcharge me as they have to come to some in the reviews below. 😂. The sad part is that it’s a well stocked place and if you consider the investments of going to little India, even the pricing is a compromise over convenience. It’s however proven that such complacency is short lived for a small business.

Overpriced. Ensure to check the bill properly as they will charge you for other item which is expensive. Like we took a normal pistachio packet of 500 gm, and they charged us 27 sgd applying the rate of pistachio gree. And we called them once and they said us to share the screenshot of bill and pistachio packet. After which now they are not responding and not picking the call as well.

Changi City Point Ponni store is Customer Friendly shop. If they didn’t have item in stock they will let you know immediately once the stock come. Employees there are so polite and friendly to customers.

Price are overpriced. No price tag. Heart attack the moment you buy items. Last of all, the smell of spices and herbs are overwhelming.

Ponni store at Changi has wide variety of selection. Vegetable/fruits are fresh. They have nice seasonal/festival selection. They have exceptional home delivery service. I have been using home delivery service for a year now and have always received fresh produce.

This store has lot of options in terms of different brands especially masala powder, oil, nuts, rice. I was here for buying A2 ghee and ended up buying more items. They had very recent stock and are very helpful for finding items and give accurate information when called before visiting. Excellent store for Indian grocery.

Really bad experience. I was standing in queue and the person on billing counter billed other 2 people who cut the queue and went from wrong side. Is this the respect of regular customers who are quietly queuing? Worse was when I raised this point, the indecent customer started shouting that he dint know where the queue was. And the shopkeeper dint point his mistake. Instead kept quiet and continued billing his grocery. Really bad unfair experience just because i dont speak their language, they dont have right to shout or say anything! Not going to this shop again. Anyways their charges are much higher than any other Indian grocery store, not worth it after such experience. Infact I will share this feedback with everyone I know.

Ponni in Changi city point carries wide range of products and most of the leading brands are available . All fresh greens veggies fruits are available. They bring Seasonal veggies too like green Tuvar , Chinese potato , hyacinth beans, peas, gujarat spl veggies etc. it’s one stop shopping place for groceries and veggies . The delivery service is too good and most of the time it’s within the day ! Special mention about Mahesh @ Changi City who actively takes order , send the broadcast message on the veggies and fruits available and ensures correct items are delivered 👍👍. May this good service continue
