Absolutely horrible. Salesperson insisted that i was a smaller size. Made me buy 5 bras. Only to come home to find out all of them were too small.

I think management finally heard and took the previous bad reviews seriously and hired a new lady! I first came and encountered the lovely auntie at the store with my colleague and she was so cheerful and assisted us at every moment, even before we even ask for something like wondering if we should try on a pair or looking for other styles, she would give us recommendations and offered to do our measurements accurately! As i recently gained weight, i kept going up in sizes and have not been wearing the proper undergarments for myself for wuite awhile, and now im so so happy that i feel so comfortable and supported! I came back to the store a few months later alone this time to purchase pairs in my size and in more styles and auntie would literally jump to help me find the new stocks and colours in my size (as its a bigger than average size)! I felt bad because she had to go down on the floor to find some stocks and she was still so cheerful and kept saying “aiyo its ok!” When i offered to help reach for items for her, (felt bad as she was the only one in store and i literally came at 8pm on a friday when they close at 9pm) After which she helped me to sign up for their membership fuss free (which is free) because members have additional discounts on too of the offers already in store! In total i got 6 bras and 9 pairs of undergarments and auntie showed me that original price was $350 ish and my end total was $230~! Considering how comfortable and how good quality they are (they are gonna last me a while) personally i think it’s super worth. I sincerely loved the service of auntie and i usually dont bother writing reviews, but she really fully deserves praise. Thank you auntie for your amazing help and Pierre Cardin changi city point for hiring such attentive and good staff, taking past reviews i to consideration seriously!! You now have a return loyal customer :D such a solid hidden gem with this auntie, and all in all a good quality french brand

The salesgirl shut down the shop for more than ah hour before 3pm till 4pm on a Sunday. So don’t visit the shop during that hour after lunch. I waited more than an hour just to exchange for item purchased. It happens after dinner hour too. Disappointment, poor after sales service!

The saleswoman Wendy made quick and excellent recommendations for my needs and took time to notify me of discounts and promotions. She gave me advice on how to care for the products and did not hard sell at any point in time. The store was clean and well organised, which made it easy for Wendy to find products quickly. Love Pierre Cardin as I don't have any problems with underwire poking out or rusting of hooks ever since I discovered Pierre Cardin two years ago

On 05.04.2024 today around 4.30pm. Super disappointed with pierre Cardin atrium staff. Beware of the short hair lady. Super rude, being a salesperson should help the customer to find what they request but she was hiding at the corner busy arranging stuff. Wanted her help to look for sizing, she just couldn’t bother so I helped myself. I swear I never mess out the whole place but only lift a few bras up as I saw the other colour got my size so I hope the colour that I want might have too. Guess what she from far saw me standing there finding my size and suddenly walk over with black face what you want? Don’t have this don’t have your size. Hello I haven’t even tell you which colour I am looking at u just feeling so frustrated like I owe her a living. If she doesn’t like her job should just quit and shake leg at home. Don’t come out and spoil people mood. A few aunties also looking for sizes but she just couldn’t bother to serve them.

Aunty was super cute, showed me like some stuff i was interested in even asked me to be careful all. Helped me in getting my bra as well!! Super love la this aunty
