I am pleasantly pleasantly pleasantly surprised! Ordered on grab delivery not expecting to be blown away in anyway. But, OH WOW! Al dente, lovely ingredients, well balanced taste, decent pricing! Woohoo! I finished every single bit! I have added Pasta Express to "Favourites" on my grab app.

The food is pretty good and it's really convenient to order from the kiosks, but this particular outlet is extremely frustrating because they've left out ingredients from my orders multiple times to date.
Previously, I've had the staff miss out adding the sous vide egg in both bowls. Today, they missed out on giving me an entire protein order of chicken thigh.
It would be good if the staff could double check the items in an order as the individual add-ons are pretty pricey and it's very annoying when they get missed out.

Another outlet in the East! Pasta Express at Changi City Point offers a delightful and affordable experience for pasta enthusiasts like myself, glad they are expanding their presence now at key areas!
Known for its customizable pasta bowls, they allow patrons to select from three base sauces - Aglio Olio, Tomato, or Cream and pair them with a variety of toppings, including smoked duck, sous vide egg, chicken breast, and fresh vegetables. There are special sauces available some times based on season and outlets. This flexibility caters to diverse taste preferences and dietary needs. Amazing for me because personalization is the way forward for F&B.
The quality of ingredients stands out - made daily with care. With organic spaghetti cooked to al dente perfection and homemade special sauces that are flavorful without being overly rich. The cream sauce, in particular, has garnered praise for its balanced taste. This is really my top, top favorite. Portion sizes are generous, ensuring value for money as well.

Pasta Express is such a fun spot because you get to build your own pasta exactly the way you like it. I went for their Laksa Cream Sauce spaghetti topped with sous vide egg, capsicum and cherry tomatoes.
The fusion twist was on point — rich and creamy with that familiar laksa kick, balanced nicely by the freshness of the veggies. The sous vide egg added a silky touch that tied everything together.
I really like how flexible the menu is, with variation of bases, sauces, and toppings to choose from. It makes the whole experience more personal, and you can mix things up depending on your mood. Definitely a place I’d come back to when I want a pasta dish that feels both creative and satisfying.

Ordered an aglio olio ultimate that's supposed to come with smoked duck, minced beef and mushrooms. I got a few add-ons (chicken, egg, spinach).
My pasta came with nothing but my add-ons, which I only found out after bringing back to office.
Please check before preparation and not erode the trust of your customers, thank you.
