Food is great, very authentic viet food, not the usual streamlined production. Great selection of variety. Portion is generous and the restaurant is full of lemongrass smell. However, it charges a 10% service fee but provides almost no service. Ordering and payment are completely self-service via QR code, with no staff explanation or assistance. When we accidentally ordered the wrong dish and tried to cancel within 10 seconds, staff gave multiple excuses instead of helping. (Such as “no cancellation after your payment”) It felt like they just wanted us to stop complaining rather than solve the problem — only after we insisted strongly did they cancel. If everything is self-service, just make it self-collection and remove the service charge. Forcing customers to pay for “service” they don’t get feels unfair.

Thought the noodles were good however the rest of the elements & dishes were average. The beef was quick torched to get the colour, hence didn't get that charred flavour. Preferred the Vietnamese pancake to be more crsipy

This isn’t your average Vietnamese restaurant. If you’re craving authentic flavours served with a side of elegance and a sprinkle of showmanship, Paper Rice Vietnamese Kitchen is where you need to be. The menu is impressively extensive — from classic phở to fragrant rice and vermicelli dishes, each plate carries the soul of Vietnam with a modern, refined twist. But the real star? Wagyu Waterfall Beef Phở This isn’t just food — it’s a performance. Imagine premium Wagyu slices, fire-torched right before your eyes, Then comes the pour — piping hot, slow-simmered beef bone broth cascades over the beef like a waterfall, locking in all that rich, buttery flavour. Finished with fresh herbs, chilli, and crispy fried rice paper, it’s phở elevated to theatrical, mouthwatering heights. This is phở reimagined — bold, theatrical, unforgettable. Beef with Banana Blossom & Starfruit Salad Light, tangy, and texturally exciting — julienned banana flower, grilled beef rump, mint, pickled radish, and sweet-sour starfruit come together with a punchy fish sauce dressing and a sprinkle of crushed peanuts. So refreshing! Vietnamese Grilled Chicken Crepe A soft, savory crepe filled with bean sprouts, mung beans, onions, and grilled chicken, served with crisp fresh vegetables and a side of fish sauce. Comforting and satisfying, with layers of texture in every bite. Hue Minced Pork Lemongrass Skewers Served with vermicelli and purple lettuce, these fragrant skewers are smoky, tender, and paired beautifully with a nutty Vietnamese peanut sauce. An irresistible mix of sweet, savoury, and herbaceous. Banana Sago in Coconut Cream End your meal with this warm, luscious dessert — chewy sago pearls swimming in rich coconut cream, perfectly balanced by the natural sweetness of banana.

Smells great when I passed by looking for late lunch and decided to try. Turns out not bad. The viet viet drip coffee i ordered turned out not dripped... but tastes good. The chicken is tender and quite nice. The viet roll not too great though, the sauce not the usual viet dip sauce.

After visiting NATA fair, pop into this restaurant for dinner. First, grilled full spring chicken. Meat was tender, but the skin was salty. Second, claypot lotus mushrooms rice, nice too! Third, mixed vegetables, oh this was too salty Waiting serving time : 10mins Price: $57++

Friendly service, nice ambience and setting. Very family friendly and comfortable seats . Wide variety of food choices , including vegetarian pho, spring rolls and stir fried veg. Happy we can dine together as a family as hubby is a vegetarian and still has plenty of items to choose from. :)
