The “heart” of CBP, One@Changi City is part of a 4.7 ha integrated development comprising Changi City Point mall and Capri by Fraser hotel residences. It is linked to the East-West MRT line as well as the Downtown MRT line, making it highly accessible. The bold façade design with full height glass windows and lush greeneries at the terrace gardens makes it a landmark. With the largest modular floor plate at 8,000 sqm over 9 storeys, it offers companies maximum efficiency in space planning and usage.

The management MUST look into this problem. There are always a few cars that simply park at EV charging carpark lots just to do their quick shopping and ended those drivers who needs to use the EV charging port left with no choice but to find another place for their charging purposes.

After renovation more shops. Only down thing is why is the escalators not full flight, its like one third stairs then continue with the escalators... seniors will have to climb the stairs before reaching the escalator.

Worst ever building management . Claimed to have some self service registrations . Pls have a reception to serve people . What a rubbish service. QR code self generated also sometimes cannot work and people left stranded .

One@Changi City has premium quality office spaces within the Changi Business Park. The office building has a separate office lobby and drop off point from the retail mall. However, both are directly linked. One@Changi is also very conveniently located opposite the Expo MRT.
