I was served by an assistant by the name of Nat.
Told him what i m looking for a running shoe & he found 4 for me to try. I couldn't decide which one to buy out of the 2 that I liked & he is so patient with me explaining the best features for both shoes.
He didn't rush me into which one I like & I take my own sweet time to decide. Eventually bought one out of the 4 shoes he recommended.
Good service & glad to meet him in Nike store! Bravo for his patient definitely & will come back here for more Nike products!

I had a truly fantastic experience at the Changi City Point NIKE Outlet. All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to customers’ needs. I must especially mention Mr. Kai Yee, whose service really stood out.
He is highly knowledgeable about NIKE products and was able to explain every detail about the shoes with great clarity and enthusiasm. His passion for the brand and genuine interest in helping customers were clearly evident. He understood my needs and preferences perfectly, going the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied.

The pricing at this outlet is very competitive, especially when they have sale. The discounts can up as high as work additional 30% off all items that are already on discount. So the total discounts combined can sometimes offer very huge discounts. However the downside is that the stocks come and go very fast due to the high customer volume, so you need to grab the right sizes very quickly.
Overall, good quality products and very value for money.

This Nike store has been renovated recently and the interior layout is much better.
They have spacious areas for seating to try in shoes and a wide range of nike products including shoes , socks, shirt, pants , bags and more. Great that we have a large Nike store with affordable prices for those in the east.
