I love their coconut shakes and on this visit I tried their coconut milkshake with coconut ice cream [6 SGD].It tasted super yummy but there is waiting time of 10 minutes.

Oh it is nice. Can just select no sugar as it doesn't need it (to me). Natural sweetness from coconut. Well blended. Refreshing drink.

Very bad experience ordering on a Sunday afternoon, even if there was no queue. Made an order at 16:40, but got the drinks more than 20 min later. The staff was not interested at all, and moved slowly for every single step, even if queues were forming after us. Two other staffs were in the shop too, but neither were helping. I liked Mr Coconut recipe in general but such service does not deserve a revisit.

Worst store ever I wish there score zero. Only two drinks ahead of us and it took us 25 minutes to get it. The stuff is really slow and Didn't Care anything about the queue. Only one lady is taking care of the drink and is really slow and the two other ladies are just standing there watching not helping at all. A military guy in front of us just can't get his drink after waiting for 20+ minutes and he has to go back，so he had to drop his drinks... Don't come ever unless you have plenty of time and patience waiting...

I have always like Mr coconut but want to highlight the counter staff in particular. She has been patient even with long crowds. Always taking time to explain but yet able to do the orders quickly. 👍🏼👏🏼 Made the buying experience much enjoyable. …

The drink is worth trying. The coconut flavour is awesome. My fav is coconut shake or coconut mango shake with coconut ice cream topping.

Its nice! I will always buy from here and the standard is still great regardless of which branch I go to!

1)Too much food wastage. Wasting minimum 1/4 th glass of the shake of a one glass order. How much they will be wasting in a single day then. If measured properly, they can blend only the required quantity without wasting this much 2) customer service - ordered a strawberry shake with 0 sugar. Only one customer was before me and waited for 10 -15 minutes, after the prev customer went also, waited, then they asked again what I ordered, then had to show the bill and prepared my shake. Need more communication between the shop staffs so that customer don't need to remind what the ordered 3) drink taste- ordered 0 sugar drink but too sweet that I barely could drink it. I seriously doubt they put sugar too. Did not have time to go back and check , so left
