Visited the outlet on 29th sept, evening. The cashier (young lady) was so rude. Took orders and replied impolitely. When tried to double check my order, she raised her voice. What an attitude.

I thought of having Mr Bean as breakfast for a change and went to Mr Bean@CCP to buy breakfast this morning. But the outcome spoilt my day as I had asked for a Tuna pancake but got a Peanut pancake instead 😭 The girl after me in the queue asked for Peanut and she was served first so she asked if hers is a Peanut and the aunty who made the pancakes said yes. I wonder if she got the Tuna instead😱 The plastic bag was also soiled through by the Ginger soup beancurd ... messy and dirty 😳

Bad experience. Staff had a shitty attitude and was unwilling to check grab order when told her order number. Went back to ask again then she checked and say collected. But no one collected it. Had to order again.

Came here to buy the ginger soya bean curd to take away. Was told that the price was $3.30 which I paid on the spot using Fave Pay and the staff asked if we wanted other stuff which we declined. However, once the payment was made the staff then started scrambling to find some soya bean curd but there was only a little bit left. As we only wanted that, we said no to others. At the end the staff scraped the leftover, drained off the water and gave it to us, with just that tiny little bit. Perhaps the staff had a rough day but I don't appreciate paying $3.30 for only 15-20% of the actual amount. Pretty bad service and I would have appreciated a refund instead.

Horrible, they are on food panda but their machine doesn’t work. When asked if I can queue and get my order they said yes, but afterwards don’t even have rice bowls. Please just remove yourself from the app. Second time that this happen. Thank you.

The whole place was rather unstaffed (two staff serving during peak lunch hours) but I got my drink very fast after ordering! The staff was very friendly despite being very busy so I guess that was why there were other reviews complaining about how some food are unavailable/ grab or foodpanda shows their outlet as unavailable. Had a good experience hence the five stars!
