Had my screen protector installed here today, and I got to say the service was really great! Staff was friendly and fast on her hands. Really recommend it

Never have I given 1 star review before but this place will blow your mind. Not only their products are not on cheaper side they also failed to inform customers (especially 1st time customers) that when you use Matt privacy screen cover, you will unable to utilise biometric fingerprint log-in as it is not sensitive. (Mind blown 1!) Requested to change on the spot since my job requires fingerprint log-in & they have the audacity to charge another fee!! (Mind blown 2!!) When I asked, shouldn't they inform or advise customers before applying, with straight face they say NO!! (Mind blown 3!!!) All you can do is shake head and walk off. Shop there at your own risk!!! Just because they are the only gadget services there. Previous owner was much nicer & professional compared to the current staffs. Super disappointed!! 🤬 Feeling!!

Ying gave me extraordinary service and solved the issue in under a minute, providing valuable knowledge for free before suggesting a possible fix that could have cost me. The dude is genuinely helpful and honest. He helped me fixing my airpods charging . Something was stuck in Airpod charging slot and he spotted, fixed in a minute for free. I did bought few stuff earlier from this shop and never disappointed with quality and price.

The staff there is really willing to go extra miles for helping customers, I wanted to switch from Simba prepaid to Simba postpaid in order to retain my phone number but there were some problems with my Singpass. So they explained the process to get it sorted and I could switch to Simba postpaid the next day. I mean they are customer-oriented and informative, allowing me to sign up a Simba prepaid which then converted to Simba postpaid (Another shop opposite Simei MRT arrogantly claimed this can't be done unless in Simba main centers). If you're looking for Simba service in Simei, look no further.
