Terrible service from the wicked old lady at the cohtner. Ordered a packet fries that came half full. The old lady at the counter said it was normal. Worst McDonald’s ever in Singapore. Stay clear.

SUPER ANGRY!! ORDER SO MANY TIMES FROM GRAB. PAID MORE FOR SEAWEED FRIES IN THE END NOOOO SEAWEED POWDER. SO MANY REPEAT ORDER! EVERY SINGLE TIME DIDNT GIVE!!! I ORDER MCD BECAUSE OF SEAWEED , 4 SETS NONE OF US GOT IT! SUPER DISSAPOINTED

Gave me soggy, cold french fries. Requested to change They refilled the same one, I think. Because it tasted and felt same or worse. Firmly, I requested, please taste one and say for yourself. After a long discussion within the team inside, they gave me the new one. And so tasty. So yummy. Please practice integrity and honesty. Don't deceive diners. McDonald's. You are popular for your fries. Amongst vegetarian. Because I can only eat fries and apple pie (it was also cold and unappealing. But as they expected, one would be embarrassed to feedback too much.) I saw the manager inside the kitchen, when the helpless frontliner was answering to me. But the manager did not come out. He is unfair to his staff because he let them be the bad guys in case complaint comes. Tomato sauce dispenser ran out of sauce. Saturday evening is busy. I understand. But you need to stay prepared. McDonald's, you can do better. In MBA classes, they use examples of McDonald's for its consistency and quality. Don't let the poor young innocent front crew answer difficult questions. Anyway, thank you to Idraki, who calmly served us, and the serving crew Ghangi Hui.

i am having my lunch and there goes your staff sweeping the floor right where im eating, isn't that inappropriate ? dust are flying over and she kept hitting my chair, can at least sweep around those empty areas first or mayb wait during lesser crowd ? this is ridiculous & this happen not just once, such a dirty atmosphere where you sweep at where your customers are eating, purely rude!

Staff is very disorganised and I had to wait more than 20 mins with no sign of my food being ready. First time I’ve experienced waiting for more than 15 mins at this outlet. Ordered through the app so I was told to contact the help center for a refund. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth
