Ordered the yirgachaffe latte. Asked to add as it was not cold enough for me. The 2 female staff on duty said they cannot give ice as the drink dies not come with ice. This is the best service you can get when they turned down such a basic request.

Love that Luckin Coffee has dining area here so I can enjoy my coffee while editing videos. The staff was nice and smiling always. Must try the new Apple Fizzy Americano super the best!! Each sip delivers a burst of crisp apple flavour, blended with sparkling soda and Americano coffee notes. Your staff is so ruder ! I wish to place order through counter. Went there and talk to him nicely. But he wave his hand and straight away said, you order online, we do not accept counter order! Don’t even want to place order bcoz of this kind of service !
