Been here for TWO days in a row and this shop starts closing at 8.05pm. The shop does not close at 8.30pm. The staff goes home at 8.30pm. Advise management to change the working hours to accurately reflect operations.

Drove all the way here for llaollao, only to find the store already closed. Please dont state that the operating hours is until 8:30pm when your staff closes the store at 8:10pm. Thanks.

Just went there earlier 10/08, around 8.15pm. Was written closed and I asked the Chinese lady politely if its closed. Lady probably hates her job or probably woke up on the wrong side of bed. Didn't bother looking at me, while using her phone replied me rudely YES. Llaollao please look into the ladies shitty attitude. Lady doesnt deserve to be working here with such attitude or matter of fact anywhere else.

Dear Management of llao llao CCP, Please kindly update your opening and closing hours accordingly and accurately. Went for a dessert at 8:10 and saw the staff preparing to close. Thankfully the staff pointed to this poster to show the actual working hours.

Located on the ground floor of the Changi City Mall. I must give praises to the staff who firmly “advised” the customers that they were queuing at the wrong end of the queue. The staff had to remind the customers twice before the customers obediently queued at the correct end of the queue. Normally, staff would just ignore such matters and allowed queues to be cut. Good services rendered by the staff, smooth transaction. Enjoyed my yogurt a lot. Would definitely drop by to have yogurt whenever I am around. Excellent experience.

I always enjoyed my time at Changi City Point outlet, their staff MEL always cheer us up with her bright smile and warm service. She always has a positive attitude despite it being busy and sometimes dealing with inpatient customers. This is the only llao llao outlet that I always visit and it’s only become of their staff Mel. Thank you Mel for brightening up our day with your wonderful service. We all really appreciate it.

Came here twice always see the “closed” sign because nearing 830pm. today I made it at 8pm - thinking still have but didn’t know last order is 8pm. Staff was very nice when she saw my disappointing face. so she sold me the last one before closing. :’) kudos to the staff working on Thurs 24 July ❤️

I love llao llao so so much and in my years of frequenting different outlets, I have to say MELO that served me at CCP was so nice and served such a beautiful and generous portion of sanum, it triggered me to find a way to express my happiness, hence this review. Thank you Melo for the first sanum that wowed me and for the first google review i actually bothered to write genuinely.
