the male hairstylist is good but the female hairstylist is very talkative and slow. she talks alot and also cuts very slowly. the guy can finish 2 customers while the lady is still at her first.

Pls avoid coming to this place - they are so unprofessional. They make you wait for long time -this particular stylist Ms.Amy takes 15 mins break knowing people are waiting in the queue and then accommodates another walk-in customer when it was my turn , maybe because she didn’t like the color of my skin! When I went in asked ma’m it’s actually my turn Amy simply said “Go outside and wait” ! I will avoid them at all costs , pls don’t support a saloon that services customers based on their race and skin!

If you have time to wait for more than an hour, then you can get the tics. I waited for almost 2 hrs… and they claimed to be done in 10 mins…. Such a false claim…! 1 hairdresser can just leave to eat knowing there’s a queue… my time wasted for waiting can be use for better purpose… very sad!

Feedback shared by my boy. He visited the plc today and has his haircut. He gave instruction to the guy hairdresser exactly how he wants it but he ignored his comments and did a haircut Which is not what he wants. I supposed if u are a service personnel all customer's feedback has to be taken into account irregardless of age.that is basic respect. Will not patronise this plc again.such a disappointment.

I've been to Kcuts many times, probably for half a decade across Singapore. But I've never been this pleased with my experience. I've always got my standard cut, but no one has ever made me feel this comfortable during my session. Managed to catch Vinx Yap on 22 Oct Sat night, and was utterly impressed by his attention to detail and service. He was meticulous, fast and was very gentle on my scalp, and he spent just a little more time to get the hair residue off my face and hair. I never thought I could enjoy what I deem, a chore, but thanks to Vinx, I think I may not dread it anymore.

The waiting time was crazy (around an hour on weekends) but it's $12, so not sure what some of these low reviews were expecting?Amy and I had a chill chat and even though she took slightly longer than usual, glad that she went the extra mile in ensuring my haircut was exactly as requested!

Do you guys know that they have "Children's Policy"? Its where you are able to let your kids have a haircut and if your kids breakdown due to fear or anxiety, you are allowed to take your kids out for a walk to calm him/her down(max 30mins i think). You are then allowed back to carry on with the haircut without joining back the queue (i think must allow the customer to finish their turn then you can continue). AWESOME. The parents will have less pressure in calming down the kids and also not causing a scene at the salon. (Recommended for parents who have kids with "HIGH SPIRIT/ ENERGY") Good for training your kids to face fear and boost their confidence in handling a situation by themself. "Its a small but valuable moments that shape the kids behaviour/ character."

Wanna compliment a stylist on being accommodating to an infant customer. Without showing any signs of impatience, she dutifully helped tend to my child's hair cut. This is in between periods of us walking out to calm the child, at first with the gown to catch the debris but eventually we went ahead without it. She managed to deliver professional services with short preparation time, and has helped my child get rid of hair that's been causing an annoyance in this weather. Thank you for the excellent job you've done, Doris. You proved to be a star in the face of uncertainty, helping parents lower their stress levels too.

Now 12$. Barbers are consistent with their cuts. But will have only basic styles. If you have some specific style, they might not be able to do. Sterilization of tools is a good plus. And love the vacuum at the end hahaha
