Went to changi city point outlet and Samantha was the lady who helped pick nice handbags for me and I got 3 of them at one go. Samantha is indeed a very helpful and cheerful lady always carrying a sweet smile and explain whatever info I need. Coincidentally she realised I was the one she served in Vivo outlet last November when I wanted to get a handbag for my daughter. It’s really good to see her and feel even better to have her serve me again. Will surely look for her again in the near future when I intend to get any bag. Like her lead ant disposition and caring nature. A good staff for Kate Spade!

Great discount! Finally got a sling bag. Really nice bag. High commendation to sales exec, Samantha! One of the best sales exec I ever came across! Friendly and helpful! Her cheerfulness really made shopping fun. She will be a great Sales Manager!! Will be back soon!

Was at the outlet on 30 Aug (Sat) and store was a little crowded but several salespersons were just standing around and not serving any customers. I was looking around for someone to check on an item for me but none of them came forward. Only Xian responded to me when she came out from the storage area. She gladly answered my queries and showed me several items to see if those were what I wanted. In the end I found a small tote that matched my requirements (simple design and functional) and also bought a matching large tote as Xian shared that there was an ongoing promotion ie further discounts 🥰 I also bought the Sparkle fragrance after testing the sample that was at the cashier area. Certainly a pleasant experience and would pop by this outlet again in future. Keep up the good service, Xian! Store is spacious and items are nicely placed with sufficient space for customers to browse items in comfort 👍🏼 Previously visited the store at Ion and had a good experience too (and that’s how I got the VIP membership from just one purchase 😅). But didn’t feel too welcome at the Jewel store though. Maybe cos I always dress down and salespersons don’t think I’m there to make purchases. But I think this is the best way to see who really offers good service instead of prejudging and profiling if I’m a potential buyer before offering service.

Samantha was very helpful, friendly and encouraging! I fully enjoyed my shopping experience at Kate Spade Changi City Point! I walked in with no intention to buy and ended up buying 4 bags.
