not much has to be said just look at how unappetising the sauce and the vegetables look. vegetables had no taste at all soul that came taste like campbell. sauce looks disgusting, only good part of this meal was the coffee. 16 dollars for all this simply a scam

Waited 25min for agio olio during off peak at 3pm. Stood up to see the cook using her phone in the kitchen.
Agio Olio didn't season the noodles w salt, chilli added to agio olio too early making it mad spicy and tasteless. Seems like re-training is needed.

Hans was my favourite go to place for breakfast but not anymore. The quality and taste of the food degraded quite drastically over last few months. I think the staff doesn't like their jobs here. Angry and disappointed.

Paid extra 10% Chinese new year surcharges but not getting good services from the female counter staff. The mini yusheng was the worst we have seen or ordered in my life! Look how pathetic it is for the price at $16.80!!

Excellent staff and service. Food like every other Hans, getting pricier. In the past set meal has fruits which is better. Now the bread is extremely hard. Fish &chips batter very thick

Great experience here with quick lunch options.
Great option to choose for National Day set.
2 soups+2 mains + 2 drinks for $28.90.
Beefy stew got 6 pieces of chunky beef, which is great for value.
The fish and chips with big pieces of fish filets, it’s great.
The queue can be messy. No people directing the queue, and staff are shouting.

This outlet was the quietest among all other branches which I’ve observed.
Here’s probably why.
I’ve been standing at the counter for past 5 mins, when the staff clearly saw me as I was behind the customer he was attending to for orders.
I’m fine with him attending to them after cashing out, at least let me know that I need to wait for more than 5 mins before he could attend to me as I was ready for the order.
Professionalism and Courtesy would be highly appreciated for this outlet staffs.
The vibes here a bit like totally no service, staffs chatting among themselves and relax one corner type.
When order is being made, they kinda of taking their own sweet time. Very much like any order = Bothering them.
However, this is not their business but their company instead. They still get paid for their slack of service which directly impact the co. Business of Han’s Cafe.
Will recommend to spend your money at other outlet instead for much better service & food quality standard.

Haven't had Han's for many years. I had the lunch set that came with soup of the day and a drink. It was value for money for the curry chicken set that cost $14.
The corn soup was thick and rich with corn flavour that it was good to dip the toasty crispy bread in. Curry chicken was pretty good too. It was mildly spicy, aromatic and the gravy wasn't diluted. The size of the chicken pieces were decent and it came with potatoes that were just nice. Overall quite satisfying.
Only downside was service felt rushed and slightly chaotic and my friend's fish & chips took 30mins to be served. Probably not expecting the crowd from the events happening at Expo.

A very spacious outlet with natural light and ample seating.
I visited in the mid morning on a Tuesday. At 10:30am, 4-5 tables were taken, mostly by pairs of people.
Service at the counter was good, I didn't expect the person making the drink to say "Enjoy!" to me, but she did.
It appears that people start streaming in for lunch from 11:45am onwards. Even then there were still seats when I left just before 1230. There was a line at the ordering counter, however.
I only had a drink (hot milo) which tasted as expected. It was rich and not too sweet.

I stopped here for a chicken omelette with a coffee in the morning and then returned for a departing meal prior to heading to the airport.
The staff are friendly but the service is a little sporadic given the volume of people coming in and ordering meals to sit in, take away and for the eats services via Uber or the like.
We ordered the Singapore style noodles, the beef noodles and the chicken rice. I enjoyed the lot however the family didn’t rate the beef noodle nor the chicken rice.
Overall a cheap and fast place to have some big Chinese style meals when in Changi City Point. Just be aware that it is very busy in the late afternoon until late.
