I wish I could give a 6Stars to Farah if possible. She should be awarded as the best employee. She greets her guests with a cheerful attitude, til the moment of bidding farewell. The food taste is good with strong umami. Will definitely come back here again.

The new mazesoba restaurant in CCP falls short of expectations, leaving me disappointed with its execution and overall quality.
One of the most glaring issues is the preparation of the mazesoba itself. Instead of serving the dish as a dry noodle bowl, as it should be, the noodles arrived with about a third of the bowl filled with water. This diluted the flavors and created an unpleasant texture, making it clear that the chef neglected to properly drain the noodles after cooking. The lack of attention to this basic preparation step significantly detracted from the dish’s intended flavor and consistency.
The ramen, another menu offering, was also disappointing. The soup was overly salty, overwhelming the palate.
Overall, the quality of this restaurant leaves much to be desired. The inconsistency in preparation and the lack of attention to detail suggest that the kitchen staff needs more training to meet the standards expected of a specialty noodle shop.

Just average, seems hastily put together, since we're last customer already. The place itself is spacious and alright

delicious mixed noodles especially after you add the vinegar.
The standard soupy soba does not disappoint too!
you can also have ample seats during the weekends!

Their staff are very welcoming and helpful.
They greeted the moment I entered and guided me to my table!
The wait time for the food is decent and not that long!
The beef soba is really delicious and the portion is just nice! Will definitely come back again ☺️

Food tasted okay/average/passable.
However, service has a huge room for improvement. I ordered 4 mains - 1 Don 3 Soba. The Don and sides were served quite fast. In the time the Don was finished, i had enquired about the Soba twice more, stating that we have 3 more bowls yet to be served. 20 mins later, only 2 of the Soba were slowly served. I had to ask about the status of the 3rd bowl and was told that they will serve it in the next 5 mins. By the time everyone else was done with their food, I still had 1 bowl of Soba not served. Only then did the staff inform that the item was not recorded?!?? But the item was on our order receipt?? Idk what glitched, but it's ridiculous. We cancelled the order and they offered a 10% discount. Still mad cause I did say there were 3 bowls of Soba and they didn't even bother checking until it was too late.

Went for dinner on Wednesday evening, and it was reasonably empty, making it easy to find seats for my family. The food was good, and the customer service was excellent. We requested a bowl of ramen noodles to be cut for our toddlers, and they were promptly prepared to a perfect, spoon-friendly size. Napkins were also replenished without us asking, truly thoughtful service that caters to parents' needs. We had to yum and a simpler soup base, both are good.

It tasted like europeanized mazesoba, meaning it lacks spices and flavors. Other restaurants in the same mall with a Japanese name served very nice meals comparable to the originals, and I have to admit that I was not impressed this time.
People are very nice and I appreciated.

Tried maze soba for the first time. Felt the noodle is springy and a little tough for me. The don was not bad as the clam was well seasoned and gel well with the rice. The gyoza was okay, the fried chicken was quite crispy and well seasoned.
