Poor customer service. And beware of their promotions before you get into it. I recently saw their promotion of vouchers for purchases over some amount. I went to buy a small thing but purchased a little more because of the voucher. It said they are giving two 10sgd vouchers. The cashier didn't explain that how the vouchers work untill I pay the amount. He was like keeping me untill I pay. Then he said the vouchers cannot be used for one transaction. One voucher per one transaction only. And also the bill value should be minimum 40sgd plus the expire date was also around 1 week or something. I was extremely disappointed with that promotion. A tricky one. But they better not to use those kind of cheap tricks to achieve sales targets. They better explain how that work before customer buy their products. So it's better double check with promotion before you buy.

Went in to look for some short pants and some shirt because I need a new set of clothes for my everyday home use. and this short, plus size guy with a ponytail kept asking me what I'm looking for and whenever I answer him he keeps pointing the obvious saying their pants and shirts are already there. I mean, can I not look around to see what I want? 🤣 , like I only need to pickup a shirt and a pair of pants without checking and fitting and just pay for it so that I don't have to stay inside the store for too long? It's not like I went in and asked him to find for me what I was looking for.He was the one who kept asking. 😂These kind of staff tarnish the brand and the place. Better go somewhere else.

Could have rated 5 because of quality clothes for the price. But a lady who worked today 3 November between 610-630 pm when I visited the shop seems to be in a bad mood. She was dismissive and not helpful when I asked if the shirt were for womens or mens. Proper training attitude should be given. She is lacking of people skills.
