Didn’t have issue in the past but the recent renovation became an issue. Only have old design and staff is only interested to clear old design instead of providing good service and quality shirts. 100% won’t go back again.

Supposed to collect alteration from outlet after purchase from a separate outlet. However, this outlet does not pick up telephone calls for 7 days a week. Clearly been listening to too much of Jung Kook's 7 instead of my calls.

Quite a trendy clothing store. It caters mainly to the young office workers. The selection is quite interesting and attractive. You may find a bargain when they are having sales or special offers.

Visited this G2000 store in Changi City Point. Good discounts for apparels and merchandise. However, the discounted shirt I bought was too small and I was unable to change the size in my nearest outlet in Vivo City. I have to return to find the sizes I wanted as a gift had run out. As a result, I had to top-up for a more expensive shirt :0

Was directed here by the G2000 PLQ outlet as they had the size and design I wanted to try. Knowing that it was an outlet store and was slightly busy, I went in with no expectations to be served by any staff and went to search for the item by myself. Many items were on sale but had limited sizes. They were neatly placed according to their size and category which made searching relatively easy. While searching, I was pleasantly greeted by Elaine (Chinese bespectacled lady) who kindly offered her assistance to help find what I wanted. I gave her the item codes and she provided the help promptly. Even though she had to make multiple trips to the storeroom to check on the items, she did so without complaint and always with a smile (can't say so about her other colleagues however). I was able to buy what I needed (full suit and a shirt), with much help from Elaine. Keep up the good work and thank you so much!

Good Quality Formal Wear for affordable price. The customer service was very good and the staff offered for alteration service. Goods can be collected at other outlets after alteration.

Womes pant sizes were limited with I visited. However color options were many. Great place for finding work wear. Amazing semi formal shirt selection for men. ✨

During selection, purchase and alteration measurement, service is definite good and prompt. During collection of my altered Blazer and pants, I wondered why I wasn't given a suit bag as normally other places do provide it especially buying the suit. I was told as I bought promotion item so it will not be provided. A few dollar suit bag compare to the $200over dollar that i spend in this single receipt and I have been returning to purchase clothing over the 6 months, do the math! I had to walk out carrying my suits (folded) without any bags.

If u don't mind out of season business shirts and pants, this is the place to go! It's the factory outlet for G2000! Prices are discounted and if u buy 3 pieces, there is additional 10%. Check for the promo.

I was at this shop wanted to get a blazer and pants for myself. So as I came across the design that I wanted to try, the staff assisted me by checking if the certain size that I wanted to have is available, the staff was willing to spend the time in order for me to get the one I wanted. In the end I was able to find the one I wanted to get and bought it. Most importantly, the blazer cost only 49! For those budget constraints, should go here and buy it!
