Staff was friendly, and also informed us on in store promotions. Have always wanted to try Dr Kong’s shoes for my boy, glad that he also likes the pair of shoe we picked out because he can be very fussy when it comes to footwear. Recommended!

Repeat customer at this outlet. The female staff (Ms Jee) is helpful and knowledgeable. We bought the forth pair of shoes here! She is definitely a great asset to the company, given her dedication and capabilities!

Hi Dr Kong SG, I would like to share that the customer service I received from the female staff at your Changi City Point outlet today 15 March 2025 between 12 to 12.30pm was disappointing. She is the only staff there and seems not interested to serve me. I believe she’s the same lady that one of the review mentioned here. Please check your cctv. Even though I was the only customer in the store, she replied me with a frustrated tone when i simply asked about the different sizes of the bags. Whenever I picked up a bag to take a look, she will hastily rearrange the display. She neither put on a smile nor look happy, apparently she was very unfriendly and frustrated making her service fell short of expectations and I don’t understand why she can be in the service industry. If she’s unhappy in serving customers, she can look for other jobs that don’t need to deal with customers. I hope you can use this feedback to educate your staff on the importance of providing right customer service to every customers.

She took the time to understand my needs and gave great recommendations. The service was warm and professional—exactly what every customer hopes for!
