What sort of stingy business is this?!?! Just because I bought a takeaway is this how minimal the contents of your sandwiches are? Was this half a scoop? And the length of the baguette what the hell?!? This is absolutely outrageous, this was on purchased on 12/1/2025 at 11:30am.

I repeatedly told the cashier that I am ordering a KIDS PASTA without chilli (I requested tomato base) for takeaway. I repeatedly told them it was for kids. I don't mind the waiting time of 20 mins. But after waiting for so long, they still get my order wrong. I found out when I reached home. I tried calling the branch phone number for resolution. Forever no one is manning the phone. Walked around Changi City Point & only this place got seats available but there were leftover food & drinks on a few tables. The outlet was obviously understaff as we only saw 2 employees busy doing their part to serve all the walk in customers on a public holiday! Food & drinks wise, quite standard. The management should look into manpower issue & perhaps invest in a self service machine to improve customers service standard.

Food is good! 5/5 we ordered chicken sandwich veges and bread was super fresh. Pizza was delicious.. coffee was basic like how machine coffee tastes. Service was okay.. they forgot our order we waited 25 mins for our order to arrive everyone after us got their orders before us.. there are ample amount of seating, wasn’t very crowded.. would definitely try again 👏🏼 and they do have kid friendly options for food.. pastries were also very fresh

The pastries and tarts are still as amazing as I remember from my childhood (have been eating Delifrance pastries since I was a small kid). The pasta options are delicious and the soup of the day with the soup set (pumpkin soup) wowed me. The staff at this outlet are really warm and friendly as well, being patient to accomodate our requests with a smile. I love the modern European ambience of the place as well. Overall a great dining experience.

23/03/2024, 7pm: I have my dinner here. The little restaurant is located at level 1, good location. The seat and table are great and clean. I ordered a soup set at $16.50 - sandwich, soup and hot tea. The service staff are great! I requested the tea to be served later. I enjoyed my meal very much. What a wonderful evening!
