Assisted by Jasmine today, we were about to pay up when she shared about some special promotions and apps payment to help us save some money. Saw her assisting some very helpless middle aged customers with the app installment and use when honestly it would have been faster for her to just do a normal payment without going the extra mile to help customers save money with apps installation and use. Touched by her sincere service.

Highly recommended! Ivan was very attentive and amicable. He was also very helpful to explain and address concerns on shoe maintenance. The variety of shoes and price points in the shop is very reasonable. Bought 4 pairs in one visit.

To summarise. Product QC before they ship out = Pathetic and disgusting. Trying their luck to give u one with defects to you will either not notice or find it a hassle to do a refund which they succeeded. Customer Service = Lousy and inefficient in assisting you. Cannot even address customer by their name. Oh yes they do not even want to let you know their names. Product quality = Zero and best of all in their description they strive to provide you with superior products. What a joke. Clarks Management = as usual hiding behind the scene despite me emailing them. Do not even have the basic courtesy to even talk to customers. Oh well continue hiding.
