The taxi shelter is relatively well built to provide good cover rain or shine. There's a taxi calling press button located behind the round pillar between the 2 stone benches

Very hard to get a cab here, been waiting for at least 20 minutes.

Very convenient just outside the exit A of the Changi city point mall. Have two benches to sit while waiting for taxi. The taxi stand can have only two taxis waiting for passengers. But most of the times it takes too long for taxi to arrive after hitting the taxi call button. Taxi call button behind the round pillar near the benches. Mostly have to wait long for a taxi. Better to call Grab or Gojek. There are free shuttles as well, running over the weekends every 30 mins for Flora Drive and Simei residents.
