We were served by Zhong Hui at the Calvin Klein Changi City Point outlet, and we truly appreciate his excellent service. He was helpful, polite, patient, and very professional throughout our visit. i just had a bad experience with your staff name rosanah after fitting shirts inside the fitting room this girl rosanah talk to me like in a very rude way that underwear cannot fit and i told her that no i didnt fit it and she grab the underwear and still explaining to me that it was posted there that cannot fit and i keep telling her i didnt fit it and no one around your fitting room to check the item im getting inside the fitting room and i dont want to leave the underwear outside as its the last piece on the display that i saw!!! she is just basically keep repeating that we already posted that cannot fit underwears with a tone like i am stupid i never read the post even if i told her many times that i didnt fit and im not stupid to fit underwear!!! but she wont stop until i tell her to dont talk to me with that tone !!! wheres the manner of this rosanah ???? do you even teach her how to talk in a customer ??? she grab the underwear ??? wheres the mannerssss girl ??? i grab it back and i told her im buying it why are you taking it!!! check the cctv how she grab it like i stole it !!! if you want to inform guess about that you should know how to talk nicely LET ME REMIND YOU YOU ARE WORKING IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY you must know BASIC MANNERS!!!! you dont have to tell me that the girl i talk to is just new staff she is being nice when im around your store! and where are you when i passed by the fitting room! JUST A PIECE OF ADVICE if you think guess are fitting underwears PUT A SIGNAGE BEFORE GETTING IN THE FITTING ROOM !! A BIG SIGNAGE PLS! this is the worst staff i met here in singapore!
