I had a great shopping experience at Benjamin Baker in Changi City Point, thanks to Casey! I was looking for a blazer that’s more casual and pairs well with jeans, and she guided me perfectly. She helped me pick the right color that really suited me and even suggested a white closed neck T-shirt to complete the look — which made all the difference! Her styling advice and friendly approach made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Casey if you’re shopping there!

Review from my fiancé: Had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Cassie at Benjamin Barker while picking out my suits for our ROM. From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful — making what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Was served by Cassey today n was totally impressed by her superb service. She was very professional, approachable n knowledgeable about the products. Through the buying process, she was always ready to lend her advice and expertise to me n offering her perspectives on the colour coordination. Had a horrible experience on Friday 3pm at this particular outlet due to the staff pictured. I came in and asked for a particular size as I noticed only S or M sizes were out on display. After about 3/4 times of asking for a specific piece in the size I need, I politely asked if she she can find that particular design in all the available colours in that particular size. Rather than me picking out a few at a time for her to check if the size is available and her saying no each time. She then told me to ask her one by one and she will check. So after asking for about 5/6 different pieces to no avail, I finally found 4 pieces of different colours in the specific size I need. Another staff said that all designs displayed are usually only size S or M. However, I needed a bigger size. When asked if I can try the 4 colours I found in that particular size (after going through about 5/6 colours as different colours will suit different people, she rejected and said she can only let me try 1 since I know that size fits me now. But if I don’t try it on me, how do I know if it suits me? That’s honestly so ridiculous. If you only display the smaller sizes then the bigger sized people don’t get to try to see if the clothes suit them? I expect more from Benjamin Barker considering the prices paid for these pieces. Please remind these 2 staff to be more mindful.
