I don’t have to mention names, but after reading the reviews, I have to agree, it’s indeed true. If you don’t have the heart to work in the service line, then don’t. Is playing with your phone more important than serving your customers? The staff were stuck-up and rude. I honestly wonder how the company can hire such people. Just avoid this outlet if you don’t want to ruin your day.

a cookie store that sells a good variety of cookies! we had their praline chocolate cookie, which was crunchy on the outside, but gooey on the inside! the staff were very nice and friendly too, we would definitely recommend coming here and trying out their cookies!

cookies are dense and chewy and pretty big. bought right before closing so not really warm anymore but still yummy.

In early May 2024, I visited CCP to go to Ben's Store, but to my surprise, I was served by Carol. I approached her politely and asked if the cookies on display were of the chewable type. However, I was taken aback by her dismissive and condescending attitude. She responded in a very stuck-up manner and displayed a rude facial expression, making me feel as if I were being treated as though I were ignorant.

Tried for the first time and wanted to check if the double chocolate cookie had melted fudge in it. Staff was unclear in her description. Totally unfriendly with no smiles. She said something like "it's not like nasty cookies", as if she assumed that everyone would compare it with that. The taste of the cookie is bland, suitable for those who are into healthier options. It's not sweet and has little chocolate taste. I am not into sweet stuff but the cocoa taste was lacking too. On the whole it was overpriced and I will not buy it again.
