Visited the ASICS outlet recently and felt that the overall appearance could be improved. Shoe boxes were scattered across the shelves, which made the store look a little messy and untidy.
For a premium brand, shoppers might expect a more polished display rather than something that feels like a warehouse sale.
On the positive side, the young staff who attended to us was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the shoes we wanted were out of stock, and the stock-checking process had to be done manually. It was a bit surprising, as I would have expected a brand like ASICS to have a more efficient system to manage demand and supply.

Thank you Siti from changi city point branch , we bought a pair of shoes yst (3/9 around 1pm). We very much appreciate your hardwork and expertise about the shoes! You impressed me with your knowledge about what suits the individual and how you made our experience easy plus systematic (didn't feel overwhelmed by the number of choices we were spoilt with) ! Writing this review to commend Syafiqah for her excellent service and work ethic. I went with my family on a saturday afternoon to look for a pair of running shoes at ASICS Changi City Point. Given that it was the weekend, there was a great amount of people in the store. Despite this, Syafiqah was fully dedicated to attending to every customer. She took the time to help in the search for the shoe of the right size, and even helped us check if other outlets carried the shoe model we were looking for. Because of her stellar service, we found the perfect pair of shoes for my family member. Definitely a shopping experience made wonderful by Syafiqah!

I'm not sure who the General or Ops Manager is, but he/she probably have no inkling about their staff who are
rude, clueless and have zero customer service. Why bother having a shop if you're not keen to sell shoes?? We ended up buying other brands - not that the shop will bother about their profits.

It’s again one of the more popular stalls here. Smaller than the IMM outlet hence the range is also not as great. For runners, you can find the Nimbus, Kayanos, GT2000, HyperSpeed and MagicSpeed. Magic Speed is a good steal in my opinion but sizes availabilities might not be there so depends on luck. Other than these, there are just a couple of regular trainers and sneakers. Nothing too fancy or exciting to be honest. Sales personnel are nonetheless warm and knowledgeable.

We wanted to check if they have a specific model and size available. Before going all the way to this Changi outlet we called them continuously yesterday and today from 11am onwards.
They never answer the phone. Very frustrating.

This is a small but excellent showroom. The service is good, went to buy 'no marking' shoes, it is available only in this shop in the whole of Changi city point mall. Only 8 people are allowed inside the shop at any point in time so there will be some waiting time.

This place used to be my favourite to buy asics shoes. I have been there for past 7-8 years. But recent experience was bad, firstly not a good stock of shoes and staff behaviour was not good. He was very irritated and showing no interest in helping me with trying different shoes. I wanted to buy 2-3 pairs for different categories but kept my visit short and moved out.

Disappointed with the service at this branch. We came with intention to purchase today. Instead of offering assistance, overheard staffs standing near the door gossiping about a customer who was browsing through the shelves. They should be careful though, because unfortunately for them that person they're talking about is my partner.
Nonetheless their gossips were dismissed since we're there for the shoes. However, when we asked for shoe sizes the lady staff was unbelievably haughty and gave us the disdain attitude we felt insulted to even buy from them. We decided to walk away from the good deal and shop elsewhere. It is apparently a taboo to enquire about new models as well, we were greeted with a smirk and told to come back one year later.
Terrible experience. But to be fair there are some good deals at the branch.
