I ordered prime sirloin, chicken teriyaki and mushroom soup. The mushroom soup took 30mins to arrive, followed by my steak. The chicken teriyaki took ard 40-45mins to arrive. I ordered a medium-rare steak but was given a medium-well instead so I had it sent back to the kitchen. When i finally got my correct order, the steak was undercooked on some sides especially the fatty corners. I was very disappointed because this was not the first occasion that i had to send food back at this restaurant. Previous time, it was the fiery chicken that was overlooked and i sent it back to kitchen only to get one that was undercooked. On both occasions, the staff had apologised and offered to get me a new plate the 2nd time but refused them as i was already hungry and was halfway through my meal.

Come early waited for 45min taken the soup foods didn’t service yet! And other table foods faster than us. Staff told us 30 min and foods not serve.

Even though the deal is 20c for a chicken with 2 sides, everything was very organised and very well planned. Not because it cost 20c only and the service or quality is only at 20% , which is very highly commendable that it is not compromised. After ordering, the time taken to serve is very fast. Enjoyed it very much! And the black pepper chicken, Mac and cheese and corn is very delicious despite the discount. Happy to pay $5 to upgrade to a meal.

I had an amazing dining experience at Aston and really want to commend the team here. Every staff member I encountered was polite, friendly, and provided excellent service with a great attitude. It’s not easy to maintain such high standards, but they did it effortlessly. The food was also a pleasant surprise, everything was served hot and fresh, and the taste was even better than I expected. The meat was noticeably more tender and flavorful compared to other outlets. It’s clear that the kitchen team takes pride in their work, and it really shows in the quality of the food. This outlet has truly left a great impression on me, and I will definitely be coming back as a regular. A big thank you to the entire team for their hard work, I hope their efforts are recognized and appreciated because they truly deserve it.

For what this is (good value western food), my family and I thought it was very good! I have been a big fan of Aston’s for a very long time and finally got to try this outlet in Changi City Point. I will definitely be coming back again! My son really enjoyed the steak and the chicken - both done well. My wife enjoyed the two portions of chicken done two-ways. Portion was very good and the sides were definitely tasty. I believe the salad was said to have tasted amazing!
