Outlet store’s main aim is to clear stocks at the fastest pace possible, but this store is not doing it too well.
Aim of customers: value in the purchase with the idea it is an outlet priced purchase, cheaper is always good. The bigger the discounts on an item they want, the higher the value in the purchase.
Very messy arrangement of the shop. The display stand/rack runs tangential to the flow of the people and the isles are tight so once someone is in it, we cannot walk through, we always feel like a dozen snorlax all over the store is blocking the whole path.
Shoes are difficult to find. Displayed item doesn’t necessarily correspond to the boxes right behind it, with models and sizes randomly stacked at different parts of the racks.
Display does not put price on stands or is easily seen, with only a small printed $$$ on the Adidas tags, so we rifle through every piece to find the prices and decide if it’s worth it rather than deciding if the discounts are deep enough to buy it straight off from far away without reaching for it. This means people congregating to take pieces off the racks to see the price one-by-one, slowing the whole process of purchase. Rather than visually deciding and picking the ones that is within their budget and tastes/needs too.
Again, clearing stocks as quick as possible would equate to the maximum sales in shortest amount of time. Which won’t happen if you make customers decide slower.
Also, there is 1-2 staff on the till, causing a queue to purchase, making the purchase slower than necessary. Can be better. A lot better.

I came all the way from Woodlands to buy the small Adidas duffel bags which I've been looking and had enquired for stocks at other outlets. Young man Haikal at Changi City Point outlets is a very friendly and very helpful staff. He helped me look for the0 stocks and even help me to check for any defects too. He serves with great smiles and makes me feel very welcome at the store. Thank you Haikal. 😃

One of the larget outlet stalls here in CCP, alongside Nike. You can find a good range of items here, and most sizes are always still available. Perfect for runners too as they usually have better running shoes at this outlet - Adizero SL, Adios series, Takumi Sen, etc. Colors vary but sizes will run out pretty quick due to word-of-mouth. The amount of designs and availabilities for running, track, golf, yoga are also pretty much in stock. They usually do discounts off multiple items too and minimally its always 30% off. Staff are very kind and polite here, super helpful as well. Gets really crowded on weekends so plan your trip here either early (before 12pm) on weekends or weekdays. Stock availabilities depends on luck.
